I’m Hei Suen (Suki) Chau, MA, RSW, a Registered Social Worker (OCSWSSW) and Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE).

With a Master’s degree in Arts in Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science in Social Work, along with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from George Brown, I bring over 15 years of specialized experience in child mental health, family support, and community services.

My background includes extensive clinical and leadership roles in Hong Kong, such as Service Director in child and family service centres and Superintendent of residential child care services. These experiences have given me deep insight into supporting children (0–18), parents, and families through complex challenges, including parenting difficulties, emotional regulation, attachment, ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

As a bilingual and trilingual clinician (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin) trained in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Trauma-Informed CBT, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Lego-Based Therapy, Circle of Security, Emotion Coaching, and Non-Violent Communication, I offer Group Clinical Supervision and Therapist Support that is clinically grounded, culturally responsive, and deeply relational.

I’m passionate about helping fellow clinicians — especially those working with children, youth, and multicultural families — develop their authentic clinical voice. Whether you’re navigating complex cases, supporting neurodiverse children, or managing the emotional demands of this work, I provide a reflective, supportive, and non-judgmental space for your professional growth and personal well-being.

If you’re a therapist or social worker seeking thoughtful supervision that honours both clinical excellence and the humanity of this profession, I’d love to connect.
