​Our specialized psychological treatments are tailored to support the needs of individuals affected by motor vehicle accidents.   • Group Psychotherapy:  Delivered in a small group setting fostering connection and shared healing among others who have experienced similar challenges.​​​

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy:  A structured, evidence-based therapy that helps individuals process and heal from traumatic memories, reducing symptoms like anxiety and PTSD.

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART):  An evidence-based approach that helps individuals quickly reduce the emotional impact of distressing memories, symptoms, or experiences.  ART is designed to create meaningful, lasting change in a short number of sessions.
